By engaging Torsha Interior ("we," "us," "our") for design or execution services, you agree to the following terms. These terms govern all consultations, quotations, design approvals, and installation work carried out under any project agreement.
All project timelines, including our 45-day delivery commitment, begin from the date of final design approval and full advance payment, and are subject to site readiness and material availability.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any changes requested after design sign-off may affect both cost and delivery timelines, and will be communicated transparently before being actioned.
We collect only the information necessary to process your enquiry and deliver our services — including your name, phone number, email address, and property location, submitted through our consultation and contact forms.
Your information is used solely to contact you regarding your enquiry, share design proposals, and process your project. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@torshainterior.in.
Torsha Interior provides a 10-year warranty on structural carpentry and modular fittings against manufacturing defects, under normal residential use conditions.
This warranty covers hinges, channels, core board integrity, and fitting hardware. It does not cover damage caused by water exposure beyond normal use, misuse, unauthorized alterations, or wear from extreme environmental conditions.
A complimentary year of post-installation service is included with every project, covering minor adjustments, hinge tightening, and finish touch-ups at no additional cost.
